I know this because I went into my local video rental store and when he looked up my account my last rental had been a year ago. I love Netflix. Can't say enough good things about it. The once or twice I have received a scratched disk I just went on the site and notified Netflix and a replacement disk was in my mailbox the next day. Even before I couild send back the damaged one! I keep two movies out at a time and find that fits well with my routine. There instant view feature is fantastic! I really enjoy being able to watch my favorite tv shows from years gone by. Bottom line, if you do not already have a Netflix account - get one. I have been using Netflix for just over a year.
