Do you think I would get in trouble for swapping a rental Xbox 360 game with my scratched game?
Its just a circular scratch on my game. Do you think the store will notice and even fine me for swapping my game with the rental one?
They usually have their rental disks pretty well marked. So odds are you would get caught. They would consider that theft so that is the charge you might face. At the very least you would have to pay them for the game and face some embarrassment.
