Some friends of mine need a place to live.. We know we can cover our bills, but Idk how much to charge them to rent out the basement. about how much gas, lights, and water will go up (seeing as this will be included in there rent)
I know that there will be a space heart running, a many frig, tv, stereo systems, video games and all that good stuff, laundry, washing pets..
or at what % should i fig oh the bills jumping? So I know if they/ was can afford it....
tell them no electric space heater.... otherwise you will see your electric bill go through the roof.
Divide your rent by how many adults are now sharing the place, divide the utility bills the same way.

if its your first gaming system or you need a new one or w.e, get it. but waht is more practical? an expedition or your video games. plus with an expedition, you have a V-8 that you can drive fast with. id rather drive a sick truck than stay at home playing video games. remember, u cant pick up chicks with your nintendo now can you?

"LOL"... well, if this is a course assignment I would suspect you could find the definitions in your textbook however, knowing what my marketing course was like it was easier to type in the phrase into the search engine (Yahoo or Google or both) and see what comes up.
My interpretation is that after you have selected your product or service they are asking you take a look at the area where you will market it (analyze the environment ~what would influence buying decision ~ would you do a survey to see if it would be factors like these: male/female, age of customer, rural area or town/city..ocean side or desert ... well populated or sparsely populated... rich or poor or doing ok... people's cultures or what else?) and decide the best strategy to market it (take a look at who the customer would be, what is the acceptable but creative way to market to them to get best results) and the mediums (marketing mix) you will use to market it ... print material (magazines, newspapers), tv or radio ads, billboards, sandwich board walkers, online, handouts, novelty ideas (mouse pads, milk cartons ads) and many more!
# 2 & #3 will likely be answered along the way but keep them in mind as you work on #1.

I would pick the single sex education as you have years of information to begin with from Boarding Schools. ie classroom situations,exam results, mixing sexes through sports matches etc from other schools. You could also interview school going pupils from the various schools including those who are very much dominated by either sex. Threes loads to go on and your topic is not controversial meaning you wont be ready to pull your hair out halfway through your Thesis.
