Rent Video Games

I can't remember much about it, but apparently it was some kind of haunted mansion game.
I remember some ghosts where in it, and some weird green goblin like guy running around, causing havoc or whatever and the protagonist can die in many different ways and when he does die, he comes back by "jumping out of a coffin".

I remember seeing it in a rental store once, and I remember that the game cover had that goblin like dude opening his cape/cloak revealing a bunch of weapons and other weird things.
