need help with ps3 and netflix...?


first off im in okinawa japan... how can i register to be a member of netflix with the FPO, AP address???
second, will it work for me overseas?
and third will i be able to rent high def blueray movies if it does work.
and lastly even without netflix is there a way i can buy and download movies from the video store on the playstation network, and if not is it because im overseas....? i can buy and download games and demos just fine...
