question about blockbuster rented video games?

I am aware that renting an xbox 360 video game at blockbuster costs about $7, but I wanted to know if the game disc has any markings or stickers on it that show it is from blockbuster?...
My xbox scratched up my call of duty: world at war game and i wanted to know if i could get away with switching that game with theirs and bringing back my broken one

Yes. The discs themselves have stickers on them with a bar code. What is it you are trying to do? There is no way to steal or get a free game out of them... But if you have the same version of a game that no longer works (for example your CD is scratched and no longer works). If you are very careful you can move the sticker to your broken disc, and keep their functioning disc. Then return the broken one and tell them it doesnt work.

Does anyone even look at the ratings on movies or video games before renting or buying?

I know I don't - doesn't sway me one way or the other.

You mean the age certifications, or game reviews? Cos I'd read a review, but I don't give a monkeys if people think you shouldn't be playing a game below a certain age.
