		<description>I&#039;m not a lawyer, but I would think unless the will stipulates not selling the home for a certain time, the remaining heirs will share equally in the estate. therefore they each own 20% of the assets. their should be an executor of the estate who can determine how things should proceed.  I do not see how having any more children can effect the outcome --the original 5 should be controlling everything.  I believe , if not stipulated elsewhere, the majority of the group would vote on how to disperse the property.    they should be able to sell</description>
