The new voice makes him sound like the most idiotic robot ever build, which is his purpose in the story, so i like the new one.

build a decent army and attack one of the side heads. when it falls take the deuce and
drive up the path on the sides and u will go through the "eye" do the same for the other.
when the center head comes down just drive the deuce to the center one and fight doviculus
to beat it

There's no barbershop, nope. You can customize the way Frank looks by going into the shops and selecting the little white icons scattered about, usually in clothing items or dressing mirrors. I don't know if there are any options to change Frank's hair… I know there are a bunch of hats to wear.
