Paper Mario 2 (Gamecube) questions?
I recently bought a gamecube and am looking to buy another game for it. I've done my research and have found fantastic reviews for Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door.
The problem is, I am an inexperienced gamer (I only have two kid games for gamecube) and don't know much about the Mario series (or any other video games)
Do you think Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door would be a good game for an inexperienced player? Do you think that it would be too hard for me? Do they explain in the game how to do the basic things (ex-switch character or jump)?
What are some things that are typically true for all Mario games. For example, what the green tubes do, or how to kill mushrooms. Just think of things that almost always happen in Mario games, and let me know

It will be fairly difficult for you, I'd suppose, but it's a great game nontheless. It'll take a while before you can naturally use the mechanics to the fullest.
