    They are called necromorphs. It's the crew of the ship transformed by mutating flesh that is taking over the planet and the ship.

    Try Googling The Longest Journey. It's one of the most fantastic adventure games I've ever played, second to Broken Sword.

    Try Googling Syberia, that's also an excellent adventure game.

    Then there's Runaway, Runaway 2, Monkey Island, Jack Orlando, Sam and Max, Beneath a Steel Sky, Grim Fandango, Full Throttle, Day of the Tentacle, Agon…in short, there are some fantastic, cheap adventure games out there just waiting for you to play them. Get Googling mate and enjoy!

    Campaign = poor quality interactive animated moviemultiplayer = actual video game
