Video Game Review For Parents

What should I add to improve computer performance?
Hello, with Christmas coming around, my parents have no clue what to get me, so i'm wondering if maybe it could be time for an upgrade? I just recently bought a nice new video card and 550 W PSU, so if anyone could review this and maybe recommend me to some inexpensive good products, i'd be grateful :] This rig is used for gaming, btw; mainly World of Warcraft.
Specs:
HP Pavilion with XP Pro
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.20GHz
1GB RAM
180 GB HDD
nVidia GeForce 8400 GS (loving it so far)
At the moment, i'm thinking about getting another GB of RAM, and a new processor. I'm pretty savvy when it comes to the inside of a computer, but i've not changed out a processor before. Is that something I could do myself, or should I take it to someone for them to do? Thanks!
Here some tips for you:
1. Add another stick of RAM, 2 GB total RAM is minimum requirement for you to enjoyed the game playing. 4GB? Works best.
2. Increase your virtual memory. Go to my computer, properties, advance, performance setting, advance, virtual memory-changed. Selected custom size for each drive, initial size 2048 max 4096, set and reboot.
3. Decrease your game resolution. Don't use resolution more than 1024x768 since it consume more of your visual adapter memory.
4. Keep your hard disk unclutter. Do disk defragment once a month, delete unused cookie and web history, delete old restore point (accessories, disk cleanup, more option). If you're not get used with anyone of these try use norton systemwork or fix it utilities.
5. Remove unwanted program which auto execute during start up by unchecked auto start dialog box for each program you aren't use at the task bar. Having norton systemwork would help you easily doing this.

What Should With My Stricked Parents?
One year ago I was a happy teenage boy who went to school and got good grades, came home and did homework for 1-2 hours and then played video games for the rest of the night until around 9:30pm and then I went to bed. On the weekends I would do homework or study if I had any and then I would play video games for about 6 hours a day on the two weekend nights. But then my parents said that I should stop playing video games all together and now I still get the same grades as I used to but now my life is very sad and boring becuase all I do is sit around looking at game reviews and watching game trailers wishing I could play again. The only reason why I haven't committed suicide yet is becuase I have some good friends and I also love to play soccer, take them away and I would have no reason to keep on living. Also my parents don't let my 5 year old brother watch cartoons anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions because all I can think about is video games that I can't play
get off your butt and hang with your friend stop playing video games go outside play soccar and just be acttive.

I don't like the name either, but after reading this blog post I have to admit that it makes sense why they are going with it. They're trying to get away from being considered a traditional video game console, so why name the system a typical video game console name?
Try to say “Revolution” in your best stereotypical japanese accent. Pretty wiitarded name for non-english speakers, eh?
