Which video game is the worst game of all time?
I think Superman 64, I haven't played it, but I heard that the game sucks, and I saw a video of this dude reviewing the game, all you do is go through rings, and if you mess up at the one part with the cars, you have to go back to the f*cking rings!!!

I've heard the story about the ET video game they made for the movie way back in the early 80s. They made it in like six weeks so they could have it rushed out by Christmas and it was horrible and a lot of unsold copies ended up in a landfill somewhere.
I think that was the story anyway.

This entire thread disgusts me. People are presenting their opinions as the gold standard and declaring anyone who disagrees is a troll and attempting to browbeat them into falling in line. I’m hardly one to think of Reddit as the pinnacle of game discussion boards, but I would have thought we were a tiny fucking bit above shit like this. I’m going to address a few points from all over this thread in a disjointed manner. >Killing Floor, Left 4 Dead, The original battlefield series, Half Life, Red Orchestra, TF2, Counterstrike These are all PC games (barring L4D, TF2 and Counterstrike which are fairly lacklustre on consoles in comparison). Some people prefer consoles. They are not wrong for this, they only have a difference in opinion. If you’re going to rattle of some suggestions it’s polite to suggest titles relevant to your suggestee. >Halo is very generic and brought nothing to the FPS genre at all. Innovation is not requisite to quality. If someone gives you a slice of chocolate cake you can bitch about how you’ve had cakes like this before and how they sell better cakes down the street, but it won’t change the fact that the cake is still pretty delicious. >You’ve never played another video game besides Halo have you?
