Want to do a video game review for Zone of Enders (original) (PS2)?
please don't give me links to video game review sites, like IGN, gamefaqs, etc. i am already familiar with them. i want to know YOUR opinion
Zone of the Enders was a pretty incredible game when it came out, although its been outdone by its sequel, Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner. But when it came out, ZOE was unlike anything I had ever played before. The Orbital Frames (the giant robots) were much faster and more agile than in typical mech games like the Mech Warrior series or Armored Core. The controls were fantastic, making you prefer dizzying feats with ease.
Where the original faltered though was its story. The basic premise was copied straight out of the original 1979 Mobile Suit Gundam anime series. Colony's under attack. Kid stumbles onto giant robot. Kid can somehow pilot the robot without previous experience, kid saves colony. And I would say it goes on from there, but the game didn't do a good job of actually conveying what's going on in the story. Why is this war happening? Who are these people?
But, if you can get over those faults, ZOE is still a really fun game to play. Plus, even after all these years, its still pretty unique.

What is the site that has the funny review of video games by an aussie guy?
Like he talks in a STRONG accent and he does little flash videos to go with his review, he is very crude and will slam a game in everyway possible.
At the end of his reviews there is normal a 5sec clip of hard rock music with his "credits"
I remember the site has "zero" in it? Or something, but i can't remember...
His videos have been being made since 2007 i believe, his famous one is for SPORE and Assassin's Creed.
