How do I get my brother to eat more food?
My brother is almost 10 and he doesn't eat any meat and very few vegitables. The vegitables that he eats are corn and green beans. He stoped eating alot of stuff when he was 4. My parents and I have been trying rewards Like money or video games and it wont work.
He needs an education on healthy diets and why it's necessary to good health. Rewards is a waste of time and counter productive. He will soon want to look and feel better about himself, it's called puberty, he will start wanting to impress the girls in a couple of years so don't worry too much about it.
