New Xbox Experience and Game Rentals.?

When the New Xbox Experience comes out on Wednesday, you will be given the option to burn your games to your hard drive. Well, fir those of us who use game-fly or rent from blockbuster, would we be able to burn our rented games to our hard drives and if so, is it legal?
Okay, for those of you telling me you wont be able too. look at this on page 5 and THEN respond.

You cannot burn many games onto your hard-drive, or it will become full. GameStop probably thought of this and doesn't care, since the max amount games you can hold on a Hard-Drive is roughly 2.

It will not be illegal, or they wouldn't have the addition anyways.

Are scratch-repaired xbox 360 discs reliable?

I'm considering purchasing an ex-rental Halo 3 game for Xbox 360 (this one here: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Gaming/Xbox-360/Games/Action-adventure/auction-190400030.htm). Games that have been rented out are usually pretty scratched up and dodgy, but this one apparently "has been scratch repaired, which essentially brings it back to new condition" and "is guaranteed to work". I have no idea about restoring discs so could someone please enlighten me on whether scratch-repairing is a genuine and reliable way of fixing previously scratched discs and if I should have any qualms over purchasing this particular game. Thanks

generally if they used a good disk repair then yes its better than ever but sum cleaners actually remove the scratches but do not repair them

and i clicked on the link and the page was not found so this is pretty much all i could say

1 last thing, ask the guy if he put a protective coat on it bc at the store i work at we remove the scratches repair them and put a protecive coat on the disk so it will never get scratched again
